Around the country, many communities don’t have the resources needed to address pressing infrastructure challenges that impact their day to day lives. Even when grant funding is available, many struggle to obtain it without engineering experts in their corner to guide them.
That’s where Community Engineering Corps comes in.
Provide engineering expert advice and feedback on how to improve, repair and manage infrastructure systems in place.
Develop a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) that outlines alternative solutions and costs for infrastructure improvements.
Develop conceptual/preliminary engineering designs (appx 30% designs depending on the size of the project) to be utilized for funding opportunities.
Review of existing infrastructure conditions or existing designs that could benefit from additional expertise, including feasibility studies.
Provide an engineering and/or construction cost estimate for infrastructure improvements.
