Project Background
Description of the Community:
The beneficiaries of the housing development project include veterans, seniors, and students of the nearby university, among others. Residents will be offered market-rate housing that will support low-income individuals, with the increased demand also benefiting local businesses.
Residents come from diverse economic backgrounds, especially among veterans, and housing will be priced accordingly. The area is underserved, facing challenges related to workforce development and health, with many residents classified as low-income.
Project Scope of Work:
A preliminary drainage plan is required to determine the required detention volume for the new development and the potential location for stormwater storage. Additional support may be needed throughout the project.
